I'm Chelsea, the founder of leaderaligned

I believe that structure, connection, and alignment are at the heart of everything we do. The way we breathe, stand, and move shapes not just our body but our overall well-being. I've built a practice that focuses on posture, spinal mobility, and the fundamental movement bands—front, back, side, and rotational. I enjoyed learning more about releasing, mobilising and strengthening the shoulders. Chelsea is a great teacher, with a warm and enthusiastic attitude to sharing her knowledge. I feel like I have some useful new tools in my toolbox, which will help me improve my posture over time.

Loved the whole session. Very clear and informative. Felt very safe and confident. Will definitely be doing more when available. Legs were sore that evening and the day after, but ok the next day. I think due to rolling for the first time!
